Dispute Resolution

We specialise in litigation of all kinds, particularly derived from cross-border commercial relations. Our multicultural team allows us to provide advice in different languages, through consultants who are familiar with various legal systems and jurisdictions. We offer outstanding procedural experience in disputes derived from contracts related to distribution and agency, construction, transportation, corporate disputes, leases and general commercial agreements, amongst others.

We act in proceedings concerning the recognition and enforcement of national and international extrajudicial or out-of-court enforcement instruments, court orders and arbitral awards, pursuant to International Conventions and Treaties, aiming to achieve the immediate realization of securitized credit rights.

Since we seek our clients’ best interests, we try and find the most adequate solution for the conflict in question.

We advise and represent our clients in national and international arbitration proceedings, before arbitral courts all over the world.
