José María Rocalba leads the Insolvency Department.

Spanish lawyer and insolvency administrator. He specialises in insolvency, litigation, corporate law, general terms for international contracting and corporate restructuring.

Voting Member of the Insolvency Section of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB). Furthermore, he has been a lecturer for the Insolvency Law Master’s offered by the Barcelona Bar Association.

José María studied law at Universidad Complutense de Madrid and holds a Master’s in Legal Practice from Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE).

He speaks Spanish, English, Portuguese and Catalan.
